Limited warranty for all of its products sold in the United States. This warranty is in effect from the date of purchase against defects in materials under normal use.
UNIREX agrees, at its option under the warranty, to repair or replace the product with no charge, if it is determined to be defective. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, water damage or damages due to line power surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings. Also, warranty does not include damages caused by misuse, mishandling, improper application, accident, or attempted repair by an unauthorized service agent.
UNIREX does not warrant that the use or operation of this product will be error free, nor does it warrant that any data stored on the product will remain accessible or uncorrupted. To protect against accidental data loss, back up your data frequently.
The Product is labeled based on the memory chips it contain, not the amount of memory capacity available for data storage by the end user. Part of the capacity is reserved for card functionality. For example, memory capacity will approximately show an 8GB card to be about 7.46GB.
In order to have your merchandise repaired or replaced by warranty, you must return the product freight prepaid to the address below within the duration of the warranty. With the return of the product, you must include:
· Proof of purchase, which must have a purchase date that falls within the warranty period specified in the warranty card;
· All of the accessories that came with the product package must be sent along with the main unit;
· A detailed description of the problem you are having with the product; and
· Money order payable to Unirex Corporation for return shipping and handling in the monetary amount found on the warranty card.
The product must be sent in the original packaging or reasonable substitute to prevent damage. You must include your full name shipping address and telephone number for our reference. No return will be shipped back to a P.O. BOX. If returned merchandise is found to have no problem, it will be returned back to the purchaser. Send all inquiries or returns to:

The instructions indicated above must be complied with in order to take advantage of UNIREX’s warranty service. UNIREX will not be responsible for delays or unprocessed claims resulting from purchaser’s failure to provide any or all of the necessary information. It will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to process your warranty request from the date of receipt. There are no express warranties except as listed above.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. UNIREX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
The warranty period of a repaired or replaced unit will be the balance of the original purchase date.
SHIPPING RATES POLICY
The majority of our items are shipped via USPS, FedEx or DHL. In some case, an item may be shipped by a variety of carriers. Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days from the order confirmation, and could take up to 3 – 8 business days depending on the shipping address.
UNIREX gives 15 days to return any unopened items bought from the UNIREX MEMORY website. Contact us within 7 days from the receipt of goods to get a return authorization. The full price of the order, less the shipping charge, will be credited back to the customer. UNIREX will not accept returns for any opened item. Once the package is opened, only defective units will be authorized to return, and replaced by new units.
Because UNIREX does not store credit card information in a database, a customer cannot cancel through Internet once the order is confirmed. A customer has to contact our representative via email or telephone to cancel the order within the same day. Once the order has been shipped, a customer cannot cancel the order and has to wait until the item is delivered. You may then call us to get the corresponding return authorization.
We accept PayPal and major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) only. Due to the increasing number of fraudulent credit card cases, we implemented strong measures to protect your information, including but not limited to, Address Verification System (AVS). If you find difficulty in placing an order, please contact us immediately.
APO AND FPO ADDRESSES
Since Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted by our carriers, please note that we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
We only ship to customers in the US, except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Island. If you are ordering from outside of the US or from the states previously mentioned, please contact us.
The prevailing California Sales Tax shall apply for shipments within the State of California.
